The playground is a valuable addition to the park that was previously notable for its collection of interesting follies.

Parc Monceau’s playground features have intentionally a high novelty value for kids who are well used to climbing stairs in their nearby apartments. The carousels, springers, and swings introduce a different kind of movement and the freedom of the dome-shaped climbing net lets them develop and express themselves on a refreshingly different level.
