Tomball Regional Health Foundation

The Tomball Regional Health Foundation wanted to create a space that supports the health and wellbeing of all people—not just patients and staff—recognizing that true community health extends far beyond clinical care. By working with KOMPAN, TRHF built an outdoor fitness trail that integrates strength training, rehabilitation and mobility, cross training, and cardio along a shaded walking path. Located at the Administrative and Learning Center within the Tomball Medical Center campus, the space was thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming and accessible to the broader community. By offering free, outdoor access to fitness opportunities, the site encourages movement, connection, and preventative health for people of all ages and abilities.

Along the walking trail, KOMPAN equipment supports everything from low-impact rehabilitation exercises to full-body functional workouts, allowing users to engage at their own comfort level or progress over time.

A selection of outdoor strength machines, including the Leg Press, Horizontal Row, Pull Down, Shoulder Press, and Chest Press, feature adjustable weight loads and seating, just like equipment found in an indoor gym. Cardio options such as the Cross Trainer, Arm Bike, and Bike encourage heart-healthy movement, while the Combi 8 maximizes cross training variety within a compact footprint. The Stay Fit area supports active aging with equipment focused on balance, stability, and mobility.

Together, the thoughtfully selected KOMPAN solutions create an inclusive fitness experience that meets the needs of beginners, active adults, and those returning to movement—reinforcing the Foundation's commitment to accessible, preventive healthcare for the entire community.
