Your Playground for Career Growth
KOMPAN’s Graduate Program is a starting point for your global career, giving you hands-on experience, tailored rotations, and international exposure—everything you need to launch a career with real impact.

Onboarding Start
Begin in September with an immersive onboarding experience: learn how we design, build, and sell. Each area includes a hands‑on project, giving you practical project‑management training while offering a behind‑the‑scenes look inside the KOMPAN “engine room.”
When you complete this phase, you’ll be ready to take the next step in your journey.

Rotation Journey
You’ll move through three rotations, each lasting about seven months, designed around your career path, goals, and development plan—all while giving you a full 360° view of our core business. During each rotation, you’ll complete a strategy‑focused business case, applying your learning to real challenges. Your program includes international rotations across countries and departments, including HQ in Denmark, Supply Chain, and a Sales Unit.

Final Assessment
In your final months, you’ll complete an end‑point assessment—a business case tied to KOMPAN’s strategy—challenging you to show how far you’ve come and creating meaningful value for the company.
After completing your project and rotations, we’ll wrap up your journey with a celebration marking the end of your two‑year program.
