Health & Wellness for the Whole Community
The Tomball Regional Health Foundation, committed to advancing community wellness, set out to create a space that makes healthy living more accessible—recognizing the vital role access plays in supporting overall well-being. By working with KOMPAN, the community foundation built an outdoor fitness trail that integrates strength training, rehabilitation and mobility, cross training, and cardio along a shaded walking path. Located at the Administrative and Learning Center, the space was thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming and accessible to the broader community. By offering free, outdoor access to fitness opportunities, the site encourages movement, connection, and preventative health for people of all ages and abilities.

The area supports active aging with equipment focused on balance, stability, and mobility.
Together, the thoughtfully selected KOMPAN solutions create an inclusive fitness experience that meets the needs of beginners, active adults, and those returning to movement—reinforcing the Foundation's commitment to accessible, preventive healthcare for the entire community.
