Age is counted in years, but it is felt through mobility. While we cannot pause time, older adults across Canada can protect and even improve agility with regular movement and strength work. Our Mobility range is not about athletic performance. It is about helping people stay confident on their feet and reduce the everyday risks that often begin with a minor slip, trip, or fall. Instead of relying on broad statistics, our outdoor equipment is built from research with university partners, focusing on what the body can still achieve with steady, age‑appropriate training.
The equipment supports key daily skills: walking on uneven ground, climbing steps, and managing changes in level in parks and public spaces. Simple stations like the Up & Go—combining a seat, rail, and post—rehearse essential motions such as standing up, turning, and walking. Other units, including Stairs & Ramp, Double Stairs, and Balance Board, mirror common situations older adults meet around Canadian communities. Used regularly, they help maintain independence, and when needed, they also support guided rehabilitation after an injury.

Canadians are living longer than ever, and staying active is a key part of maintaining independence and quality of life. While nutrition and medication matter, daily movement is the one factor most of us can improve without extra expense. Accessible fitness areas in Canadian parks and public spaces can make it easier for older adults to stay mobile and confident.
Frequently asked questions about the Mobility product line:
Do I need to be fit to stay fit? You do not need to be an athlete to use Stay Fit equipment. The stations focus on everyday movements that support balance, flexibility, and strength, helping you maintain the freedom to move comfortably through daily life.
How many people can participate at the same time? Stay Fit is designed for shared use in community settings. Exercising alongside others often makes activity more enjoyable and can help people connect and build new friendships.
Do I need expert help to understand how to use the Stay Fit equipment? No. The exercises are straightforward and clearly guided. With regular use, they can support mobility and help reduce the risk of trips and falls by improving balance and confidence.
Any tips to avoid trips and slips? Regular, focused movement helps strengthen muscles and joints and can sharpen reaction time and muscle memory. The Stay Fit line has built-in safety features for users who need more activity or are in rehabilitation, supporting safe recovery and ongoing activity in Canadian public spaces. Wearing light, flexible clothing and sturdy, non-slip footwear is also recommended.
