Up & Go
The Up & Go is designed to improve functional mobility, balance, and lower-body strength through simple, everyday movements. The integrated center rail and turning handle offer additional support and stability when needed. Users can perform sit-to-stand exercises using one hand, two hands, or no support at all, with progression options that increase the challenge as strength and balance improve. The walking course can be used to practice getting up from a seated position, walking to the turning point, and returning to the seat. To further develop strength, coordination, and endurance, users can increase the number of repetitions or complete the course at a faster pace.

The overall framework applied for these factors is the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), which quantifies "environmental information on the life cycle of a product and enables comparisons between products fulfilling the same function" (ISO, 2006). This follows the structure and applies a Life-Cycle Assessment approach to the entire Product stage from raw material through manufacturing (A1-A3).
