ELEMENTS-taken är tillverkade av återvinningsbar Polyeten med en minsta väggtjocklek på 5 mm för att säkerställa hög hållbarhet i alla klimat runt om i världen. Stålrören är varmförzinkade inuti och utanpå för maximal hållbarhet.
Kommersiella segel av 95-gradigt densitet med vävd Polyeten speciellt för produkter med solskydd. Seglen behandlas med UV-stabilisatorer för att säkerställa en lång livslängd. Seglen stöds av en varmförzinkad stålram och spänns upp av rostfria stålanordningar.
Huvudstolparna är gjorda av högkvalitativt förgalvaniserat stål med pulverlackerad yta. Locken på stolparnas topp består av UV-stabiliserad nylon (PA6). De gjutna gråfärgade plattformarna är gjorda av 75% post-consumer plast från havsavfall och har en yta av halkfritt mönster och textur. Alla golv stöds av unikt designade profiler av lågkolhaltigt aluminium som har flera fästalternativ.
Rutscharna finns antingen i gjuten Polyeten i olika färger eller i fullt rostfritt stål AISI304 t= 2mm.
Stålytorna är varmförzinkade in- och utvändigt med blyfri zink. Förzinkningen har bra beständighet mot korrosion och är underhållsfri.
