GALAXYS stålytor är varmförzinkade inuti och på utsidan med blyfri zink. Galvaniseringen har utmärkt korrosionsbeständighet i utemiljöer och kräver lågt underhåll.
Gungplattan är tillverkad av medeldensitetspolyeten med utmärkt slagstyrka och användbar inom ett stort temperaturspann. De längsgående spåren ger en halksäker yta för säker lek.
Vridningen utförs av ett varmförzinkat Ø76x4mm stålrör. Infästning utgörs av 5 unikt utformade och starka nylonfästen (PA6) som gör att gungröret kan vridas 25 grader upp och ner.
Den unika supertriangelavsatsen hos GALAXY har en inre kärna av galvaniserat stål och ett mjukt yttre lager av PUR gummi. De rundade kanterna har en antiglid-yta för säker lek.
Häng stången är designad med svetsad stål kärna och täckt med låg densitets PE hölje. De två gummiklädda handtagen är vinklade för bästa ergonomimedan man glider. Hjulen i dragaren är tillverkade av TPU för lågt ljud och installerade med kullager.
