Inspired by Nature
Metsola Daycare Centre sits in a beautiful natural setting, directly bordering a nature reserve. The playground has been designed to blend naturally into this landscape, creating a seamless connection between the built environment and nature. As the building itself is constructed from wood, robinia play equipment was the obvious choice for the outdoor area.
With preschool children spending much of their day outside—often heading outdoors several times daily—the playground also needed to stand up to constant use. With this in mind, it was designed to be both robust and inviting, offering a pleasant, welcoming environment for children and educators alike.

Designed for Today’s Play—and Tomorrow’s Growth
Metsola’s playground features two dedicated play areas: one designed for toddlers and another for older children. Across both spaces, the standout favorites are the swings and the climbing frame, which includes an exciting spiral pole for descending the structure.
But sliding down the spiral pole isn’t just fun—it helps develop essential motor skills that support real‑life situations, such as learning to move safely in traffic. Climbing offers similar benefits, strengthening muscles and building coordination skills like cross‑coordination, which are vital for confident, whole‑body movement.
