Key Features
Panels of 19 mm EcoCore™. EcoCore™ is a highly durable, eco-friendly material, which is not only recyclable after use, but also consists of material produced from +95% recycled post-consumer material from food packing waste.
All floors are made of High Pressure Laminate HPL with a thickness 17.8mm and non skid surface texture according to EN 438-6. KOMPAN HPL has high wearing strength to ensure long lifetime in all climates.
The steel surfaces are hot-dip galvanized inside and outside with lead-free zinc. The galvanization has excellent corrosion resistance in outside environments and requires minimal maintenance.
KOMPAN Springs are made of high quality spring steel according to EN10270. The springs are cleaned by phosphating before they are painted with an epoxy primer and a polyester powder coating as top finish. The springs are fixed by unique anti pinch fittings for maximum safety and long lifetime.
The usage of two springs and a center tipping point makes possible for users of different ages to play together. The tipping point bushing is a made of high quality nylon (PA6).
User-friendly yellow handles with soft curves provide a secure grip for both users and caretakers. Durable powder-coated top finish ensures great comfort and reliability in all weather conditions.
