An outdoor gym is always available
With their newest addition to the area, the sports clubs in Svendborg, Denmark got an outdoor gym that connects the outdoor football fields with the indoor gym. It is widely used by football teams before practice or the parents while their children are playing football, and the best thing is - the outdoor gym is always available.
KOMPAN and the sports clubs in Svendborg joined forces when the city was hosting a national athletic meet with more than 20,000 participants. The result was an outdoor fitness area, and the outdoor cardio and strength training machines mimic the machines and exercises the users would find in the indoor gym.
