With their newest addition to the area, the sports clubs in Svendborg got an outdoor gym that connects the outdoor football fields with the indoor gym. It is widely used by football teams before practice or the parents while their children are playing football, and the best thing is - the outdoor gym is always available.

KOMPAN and the sports clubs in Svendborg joined forces when the city was hosting a national athletic meet with more than 20.000 participants. The result was an outdoor fitness area, and the outdoor cardio and strength training machines mimic the machines and exercises the users would find in the indoor gym.

The site's machines have been carefully selected to enhance the SG House mission of creating user-friendly and accessible equipment for all visitors. This activity centre provides movement for all ages in a diverse environment with a focus on creating opportunities for children, teenagers and adults.

The space offers users and visitors a dynamic and multi-functional activity space with the opportunity to do cardio and strength training on the outdoor training racks; everything outdoor fitness should have. Equipment such as the Horizontal Row, Combi 5 and Cross Trainer with touch screen are easily accessible for all levels, making it possible to perform group or individual training sessions.
