Quality that lasts

FSW Magnetic Resistance

The magnetic resistance system is fully enclosed and can be adjusted in 10 increments using a rotatable handle. The selector mechanism is intuitive to use – simply rotate the handle to select the desired resistance level.

FSW PC Cabinet

The resistance unit and all mechanical components are hidden within a fully enclosed cabinet made from UV-stabilized polycarbonate (PC). This design eliminates any risk of entrapment, making it extremely safe to use and providing protection against the elements.

FitBlock Wall

The FitBLOCK Wall is made from welded low-carbon steel grade S235 with a hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated surface. The wooden beams are crafted from thermo-treated ash. Designed to wrap around the FitBLOCK site, the wall features internal and external signage with training guides.

FAS FitBLOCK functional strength

The strength section of the FitBLOCK is designed to target all major muscle groups through a variety of stations. It includes abdominal and lower back trainers, high and low pull-up bars, universal parallel bars, jump platforms, static rings, suspension trainers, and target shoots. Each station supports multiple exercise variations, offering both easier and more challenging options to accommodate users of all fitness levels.

FAS FitBLOCK social section

Designed as a welcoming space for rest and interaction, the Social Corner offers users a place to recharge and connect before, during, or after their workout. It encourages social engagement and supports a balanced fitness experience by blending movement with moments of pause.

FAS fitBLOCK cardio

The front area of the FitBLOCK features a dedicated cardio section equipped with a bike, cross trainer, recumbent bike, and arm bike. Each machine offers adjustable resistance from level 1 to 10, making them suitable for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes. The area also includes two step platforms, one with an assisted handrail, supporting safe and effective step-based training.
