The great thing about this outdoor gym frame is that it doesn’t require any skills, is easy to use and is extremely effective. With 30-minute training slots over a period of time, anyone can improve their strength and increase their cardiovascular capacity. Arranging the outdoor strength equipment in a circle also encourages people to engage with each other, and in the centre there is plenty of space for a trainer! So, a perfect solution for group classes of up to 12 people.
