Brent Cross Shopping Centre

This playground is a really well used play space as it serves the customers children at the Brent Cross shopping centre. It is an extremely busy play area everyday, especially during the weekend. Originally it had a soft wood timber fencing surrounding the play area and themed coloured synthetic grass. KOMPAN met with the client and discussions started in August 2022 on how to extend the life of the fencing as it was suffering from wear and tear. In additional due to high usage the synthetic grass needed to be replaced. Some of the play items also needed some attention.

The client ordered the works in April and the works started in June 2023 and also finished in June 2023. The timber fencing was replaced with long life metal fencing and the synthetic grass was replaced with new. Also, the timber play structures roofs were repainted aswell as minor repairs to worn items to bring them back to life
