Meeting the specification whilst providing cost-effective solutions
Gleeson Homes approached KOMPAN to provide a competitive tender for the play area installation on their Pinxton development which would be approved by Bolsover District Council. Working with the technical and commercial teams we created a design proposal which met the specification required by the local authority whilst also considering the cost implications and providing cost-effective solutions where achievable.

Open space has been provided within the boundary fence to create a safe space for families to relax, allowing for the younger children to build their confidence and explore in a secure setting. A gradient within the area provided some challenges whilst on site but the installation team and Gleeson worked together to ensure this was incorporated in a way which wouldn’t impact the useability of the facilities.
