Резиновые мембраны ELEMENTS представляют собой конвейерную ленту, изготовленную из слоев каучука, смешанных с натуральным каучуком и SBR-каучуком, а также заделанных слоями армирования из тканых ПЭ и ПА. Толщина 8 мм обеспечивает высокую долговечность в любых условиях.
Основные стойки изготовлены из высококачественной предварительно оцинкованной стали с порошковым покрытием. Верх стойки закрыт колпачками из нейлона, устойчивого к УФ-излучению (PA6). Формованные настилы серого цвета на 75% изготовлены из полипропилена, переработанного из океанских отходов, с нескользящим рисунком и текстурной поверхностью. Все палубы поддерживаются низкоуглеродистыми алюминиевыми профилями уникальной конструкции с несколькими вариантами крепления.
Канаты ELEMENTS состоят из стальной проволоки с шестью нитями и сердечника из стальной проволоки. Каждая прядь плотно обмотана нитью PES, которая расплавляется на каждую прядь. После того, как начальное трение уберает поверхностные волокна, остается более твердое покрытие из PES, защищая каждую прядь. Это придает канатам устойчивость к вандализму.
