The start of your journey begins with you! Whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea where to start, we can assist you. Simply enquire through the website.

2. Planning & funding

After your initial contact, a local team member in your area will arrange a convenient time to discuss your project in more depth. During this stage, they’ll guide you through the planning phase, using our extensive range of planning tools to develop ideas and solutions that fit your budget, timeline, and overall vision. You’ll also receive a clear breakdown of the funding required.

3. Design & quote

Our in-house team of experienced playground and fitness designers will bring your ideas to life with a detailed design, complete with precise dimensions and visuals. You’ll also receive a detailed quote covering all the work and equipment you requested for your project.

4. Manufacturing & delivery

Once you’ve accepted the quote, our team will organise the manufacture of any bespoke products for your project, alongside the standard off-the-shelf items. We will then arrange delivery of all equipment. If you’re choosing from our quick supply range, we can get your products delivered in a matter of days!

5. Installation

Our sales support and project management team will be in touch to arrange a convenient installation date with you, ensuring minimal disruption. Once finalised, safety measures compliant with regulations will be implemented to protect the public and maintain a secure working environment. With everything in place, our expert installation team can begin work. Your local KOMPAN project manager, will oversee the entire process on-site to ensure a smooth installation and will keep you updated every step of the way.

6. Final inspection & handover

Once the project is complete, your project manager and the wider team will carry out quality assurance checks and a thorough safety inspection, assessing all equipment, surfacing, and structural elements. After this is completed, we’ll proceed with the handover, providing you with an independent playground audit along with your own maintenance manual and warranty documents.

8. The grand reveal

You can now open your new outdoor playground or gym to the public and watch as people enjoy and explore the brand-new space.
