Space themed playground design
WOW: To be an astronaut, you need to be in tip-top shape! The Space Travel solution invites children to spin on the planets, climb on the Galaxy structure, jump from star to star, loop on the somersault bars or take their seats before take-off from Earth. Who doesn’t want to be an astronaut?
STAY: The many different activities in this design make it suitable for a variety of different environments and settings. It can accommodate many children simultaneously and occupy them socially, mentally and physically for long periods.
DEVELOP: Physical play is important for developing a good sense of balance, muscle strength, coordination and cardio health. Yes, therevare a plethora of benefits to physical play – active children are better prepared to absorb information and will be able to concentrate more after burning off a ton of energy. The Space Travel playground inspires conversations about space, the physics of the cosmos, gravity, and much more. As the majority of play takes place at or close to ground level, children with special needs can easily take part in play.
