Robinia Castle

A playground design idea of a wooden castle in a park

Wooden playground castle that sparks imagination

WOW: The Robinia Castle solution features an impressive wooden play castle and a surrounding moat that can only be crossed by the Rope Bridge, the Balance Beam, the Waterlily Balance Posts or the Tipi Carousel island. The dragon lives in the nearby Tree Climber mountain. The King’s soldiers can use the playground swing set and the Seesaw as vantage points as they scope the area for attackers. The Robinia Castle fits into parks and schools or brings a natural feel to a city area.

STAY: The Robinia Castle piques children’s curiosity and desire for adventure. They can be a soldier who loyally defends the castle, a knight who fights the dragon on the mountain with his trusty steed or the vicious attacker from the rival kingdom attempting to cross the moat.

DEVELOP: Physical play activities like rocking, gliding, using carousel playground equipment, balancing, climbing, sliding and swinging develop children’s balance, coordination and agility. Dramatic play in themed play scenarios develops children’s social skills and stimulates language development.
