To thank our customers for decades of support, we’re giving back. Customers can win a selection of playground and/or outdoor gym equipment (worth up to $40,000) when they spend $40,000 or more with us. Here’s how to enter:
Spend at least $40,000 in a single purchase with us by the end of March, 2026.
Have at least 5 members of your organisation following KOMPAN Australia on and signed up to our .
Complete a short form (sent out by us) about the project where the prize equipment will be installed, should you be the winner.

Terms & conditions
This competition is run by KOMPAN Australia Pty Ltd [ABN 22 010 572 335] of 7 Prosperity Place, Geebung QLD 4034.
Competition period is from 8am AEST 9th July, 2025 to 12pm AEST 31th March, 2026. Winner selection period is from 8am AEST 1th April, 2026 to 12pm AEST 17th April, 2026.
To be eligible for this competition, a customer must spend at least $40,000 with KOMPAN Australia in a single purchase and have their goods invoiced by 12pm AEST 31st March, 2026. They then must complete a short form (sent to them by KOMPAN Australia Pty Ltd via email) which will ask questions about their intended use of the prize equipment.
For this competition, customers are defined as the asset owner – contractors or specifiers are not eligible for this competition.
This competition is open to customers in Australia only. Employees, private purchasers and friends/family members of KOMPAN employees are not eligible.
LinkedIn follower / email subscriber requirements for the competition will be internally verified by the KOMPAN Australia Marketing team prior to winner selection and announcement.
The prize for this competition is the winner’s choice of a selected range of playground or outdoor fitness equipment up to the value of $40,000 for supply only (GST, shipping and installation will be charged separately). Selected playground or outdoor fitness equipment will be sold at list price. Items included in the selected playground or outdoor fitness equipment range is subject to availability at the time of the prize redemption.
The winner of this competition can claim their prize in 2026 only. Prize redemption purchases must be invoiced by 12pm AEST December 18th, 2026. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The cancellation of an entry-granting order will disqualify the entrant from this competition.
Entrants consent to their submitted content being used by KOMPAN Australia Pty Ltd for promotional purposes without limitation. The winner of this competition consents to a promotional campaign being created using imagery, quotes and other marketing collateral and agrees to providing a testimonial for this promotional campaign on behalf of their organisation following the completion of the project for which the prize will be redeemed in 2026.
Each equipment purchase over $40,000 in the competition period (ex. GST) plus one (1) successful post-purchase form submission and five (5) members of the entrant’s organisation verified as followers of KOMPAN Australia and subscribers of the KOMPAN Australia email newsletter will count as one (1) entry into the competition. Freight, GST and/or installation costs do not count towards the $40,000 entry threshold.
This competition is a game of skill. After an eligible purchase, KOMPAN Australia Pty Ltd will send the customer a short form to the email address supplied during the order process. This form will include various questions about the nature of the project where their prize equipment will be installed should they be selected as the winner of the competition. This form will include weighted questions about the inclusivity/ accessibility (30%), location (40%) and sustainability (30%) of the project, plus a short answer question about how the playground or outdoor fitness site will promote happier and healthier communities. The entrant with the highest score from the weighted questions will be the winner of the competition. Where there are two or more entries with the highest score, the short answer question will be assessed for the greatest community impact (in line with KOMPAN core values) and used to determine the winner.
KOMPAN Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to request proof of the answers submitted in the form at any time during the competition and winner selection period.
If the selected winner declines or is not contactable within seven (7) days, the prize will go to the next entrant with the highest weighted score from the form. Where there are two or more entries with the second-highest score, the short answer question will be assessed for the greatest community impact (in line with KOMPAN core values) and used to determine the winner.
Winner selection will be conducted by a panel of KOMPAN Australia staff and independent members, with the results collated at 7 Prosperity Place, Geebung on 12pm AEST 17th April, 2026. The winner will be contacted privately by email or phone call within seven (7) days following the close of the selection period.
Entrant submissions and data will be stored according to KOMPAN’s standard .
KOMPAN Australia Pty Ltd (the promoter) reserves the right to:
amend these Terms and Conditions at any time;
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if it cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control (including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition).
Any changes to the competition will be communicated directly to affected participants, where appropriate.
By participating in the competition all entrants agree to the terms and conditions and acknowledge that KOMPAN Australia Pty Ltd has the sole decision in determining the competition outcome and that no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
