The Balance station trains ankle strength and stability. The four items in the station will have different difficulty levels that allows for progression and a challenge for every user type. One that is stable and limited in its range of motion and one that is livelier and more dynamic. Rotation can be used for rotational flexibility of the torso and for lower limb balance and control standing on one or two feet. Half ball provides a fixed and stable platform to train ankle strength and flexibility.
