優れた耐久性
ハングアウトポッドは、溶融亜鉛メッキとパウダーコーティングを施した2つのスチール製リングを溶接したフレームで設計されています。膜は、コンベアベルト並みの耐摩擦性をもつゴム素材で、優れた耐紫外線性を備えています。
スチールの表面は、内外ともに鉛フリージンクの溶融亜鉛メッキが施されています。このメッキは屋外環境において優れた耐食性を発揮し、メンテナンスもほとんど必要ありません。
スチール支柱とロープの接合部品であるCorocord用アルミクランプは、2つのアルミ鋳物をボルトで固定することで、高さ調整ができるようになっています。
UV安定化PESロープを使い、スチールケーブルの芯材で補強しています。ポリエステル糸は95%以上が再生材でできており、ロープの束をコーティングして耐摩耗性と耐破壊性を高めています。必要に応じて現場で交換可能です。
