De panelen zijn verkrijgbaar in twee verschillende materialen: 19 mm EcoCore™ HDPE of geïmpregneerd en bruin geverfd grenenhout. EcoCore™ is een zeer duurzaam, milieuvriendelijk materiaal, dat 100% recyclebaar is na gebruik. Hetbestaat uit een kern die gemaakt is van 100% gerecycled materiaal. Grenen planken zijn ingebed in roestvast stalen frames.
Main posts with hot dip galvanized steel footing are available in different materials: Pressure impregnated pine wood posts. Pre-galvanized inside and outside with powder coated top finish steel posts. Lead free aluminum with color anodized top finish. Greenline TexMade posts of 100% post-consumer recycled PE and textile waste.
All decks are supported by unique designed low-carbon aluminum profiles with multiple attachment options. The grey colored molded decks are made of 75% post-consumer ocean waste PP material with a non-skid pattern and texture surface.
Het dak is gemaakt van rotatiegegoten PE. PE heeft een hoge schokbestendigheid over een breed temperatuurbereik en is hiermee zeer duurzaam.
Gekleurde stalen onderdelen zijn voor de basisafwerking thermisch verzinkt en hebben een poedercoat afwerking. Deze dubbele behandeling geeft een uitstekende corrosiebestendigheid in de buitenlucht en vereist weinig onderhoud in elk klimaat.
