金属部品は高品質のスチール材を使用し、内外ともに鉛フリー亜鉛メッキが施されています。さらに外側にはパウダーコーティングが施されており、優れた耐食性と鮮やかなデザインを実現しています。
Corocord 'S' クランプは、Corocord製品のユニバーサル接続部品です。丸いエッジを持つ8mmのステンレススチール棒が特殊な油圧プレスでロープの周りにプレスされ、理想的な接続部品になっています。ロープ遊具の一般的な動きを可能にしながら、安全で耐久性が高く、破壊行為に強いクランプです。
COROCORD Frame Netsは6つの色からお選びいただけます。各色は銀河をテーマにしており、鮮やかな色があらゆる年齢の子どもたちを引きつけます。コンフィギュレーターで色を変えたビジュアルを確認できます。
Corocordメンブレンは、コンベアベルトレベルの耐摩擦性ゴム素材で、優れた耐紫外線性を備えています。多環芳香族炭化水素（PAH）に関するREACH規則の要件に基づき試験済みです。ポリエステル織物製の4層構造の外装が組み込まれており、外装と2層の表面層を合わせた合計厚さは7.5mmです。
UV安定化PESロープを使い、スチールケーブルの芯材で補強しています。ポリエステル糸は95%以上が再生材でできており、ロープの束をコーティングして耐摩耗性と耐破壊性を高めています。必要に応じて現場で交換可能です。
As an option, sunshading can be integrated into the Giant Dome. The lightweight, durable and semitransparent tissue perfectly complements the colourful design, while blocking up to 79% of solar radiation and protecting the children.
