Quality that lasts
To ensure the machine’s structural integrity, the orange-coloured main posts are constructed from Ø101.6 × 3 mm S235 hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated steel.
The magnetic resistance system is fully enclosed and can be adjusted in 10 increments using a rotatable handle. The selector mechanism is intuitive to use – simply rotate the handle to select the desired resistance level.
The resistance unit and all mechanical components are hidden within a fully enclosed cabinet made from UV-stabilized polycarbonate (PC). This design eliminates any risk of entrapment, making it extremely safe to use and providing protection against the elements.
The machine features a weighted flywheel that ensures a smooth, fluid motion for a comfortable user experience.
The seat and backrest are made from Ekogrip™ panels, consisting of a 15mm thick PE base topped with a 3mm soft rubber layer that provides a non-skid effect. The backrest is adjustable, allowing the user to choose between six different distances to the bike.
The seat is tilted at 5° and the backrest at 30° to ensure optimal activation of the leg muscles during use. Additionally, the seat features built-in support handles to enhance safety and usability.

The overall framework applied for these factors is the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), which quantifies "environmental information on the life cycle of a product and enable comparisons between products fulfilling the same function" (ISO, 2006). This follows the structure and applies a Life-Cycle Assessment approach to the entire Product stage from raw material through manufacturing (A1-A3).
