Kilmore Quay, Wexford
Custom Centrepiece Unit
The customer, Wexford County Council, required the new play area to include a large centrepiece to cater for lots of children which included slides and interactive elements. To ensure we met the specification we chose to design a custom unit for Kilmore Quay and installed our Ship and Castle Combination unit with Cliff Rider – this is the first to be installed in Ireland. Along with upgrading the safety surfacing we also installed a wheelchair carousel, springers, seesaw and a musical play panel.
The refurbishment of Kilmore Quay playground provides a valuable local amenity.
The custom unit is the first to be installed in Ireland and the Cliff Rider is sure to challenge and excite children! Children will love the excitement the provides as the thrilling ride high up in the air, on a footrest, is for the courageous! If you prefer not to use the Cliff Rider there is still lots of climbing, sliding and imaginative play you can enjoy!
