優れた耐久性
ø800×19mmのホイールは高密度ポリエチレンEcoCore™プレートでできています。EcoCore™は耐久性に優れ、環境にも優しい素材です。使用後にリサイクルできるだけでなく、芯材や表層材の95%以上が食品包装廃棄物のような再生材でできています。
ベアリングハウスは溶融亜鉛メッキスチール製です。シャフトはAISI304のステンレススチールでできています。ベアリング本体は熱可塑性のあるエンジニアリングプラスチックのポリオキシメチレン（POM）製で、高い剛性、低摩擦性、優れた寸法安定性が特徴です。
ø80mmの球状グリップは、真空成形された黒いポリカーボネート（PC）です。ポリカーボネートは非常に頑丈で強い衝撃にも耐えることができます。
Ø101.6×2mmの支柱はプレ亜鉛メッキが施されたスチール製でパウダーコーティングされているため、あらゆる環境に耐えられます。
ベーシックなエクササイズとQRコードを掲載するパネルはポリアミド6（PA6）製です。QRコードをスキャンするとエクササイズのアニメーションが表示されるほか、コンパンのフィットネスアプリがダウンロードできます。このアプリでは、多種多様なエクササイズやワークアウトの情報を提供しています。
コンパンのすべてのフィットネス製品は、屋外フィットネス器具に関する規格であるASTM F3101とEN16630に準拠しています。ユーザー1人当たり78kgの規定負荷に安全要因と動的要因を加えて静的試験を実施しています。
