Two city bikes and an arm bike were installed at Coolaney – both are interactive cardio equipment that is as beneficial to you as indoor equipment. Resistance can be adjusted by the user and our KOMPAN App is an easy way to track your exercise routines. The Arm Bike is an inclusive and can be used seated in your wheelchair giving a great workout for the upper body.
