Onboarding

Du starter i september med et grundigt onboardingforløb, hvor du får indsigt i, hvordan KOMPAN designer, producerer og sælger vores løsninger. Hvert område indeholder et konkret projekt, så du tidligt får praktisk erfaring med projektarbejde og lærer forretningen at kende indefra i "maskinrummet". '

Når onboarding er afsluttet, er du klar til din første rotation i programmet.

Rotationer og midtvejsevaluering

Du gennemfører tre rotationer på hver syv måneder, sammensat ud fra dit faglige spor, dine ambitioner og din udviklingsplan. Rotationerne giver dig indsigt i KOMPANs kerneforretning og mulighed for at arbejde på tværs af organisationen. I hver rotation arbejder du med et strategisk forretningsprojekt, hvor du omsætter din viden til konkrete løsninger på virkelige opgaver.

Graduateprogrammet omfatter internationale rotationer på hovedkontoret, i Supply Chain og i et salgsmarked.

Afsluttende forløb og evaluering

I programmets sidste måneder arbejder du med en afsluttende case, der tager afsæt i KOMPANs strategi. Opgaven giver dig mulighed for at samle dine erfaringer og vise, hvordan du omsætter viden til konkrete løsninger, der skaber værdi for forretningen.

Graduateprogrammet afsluttes naturligvis med en fælles markering af de to år og den udvikling, du har været igennem.

That’s why our hard-skill requirements are minimal – what really counts are your soft skills and ambition. But don’t worry – your hard skills will also be put to the test and what you don’t know, we will teach you. Throughout the programme, you’ll develop personally and professionally through learning by doing, gaining hands-on experience setting you up for a global career.

  • You’re a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate (we imagine that you are graduating in the summer you start or within the last two years)

  • You’re fluent in English. Proficiency in Danish, French or German is a bonus

  • You’re ready to relocate during and after the programme. Previous international experience is a plus!

Recruitment process

  1. Apply: Submit your CV and record a 30 second video explaining your motivation

  2. Screening: A short online talk with someone from our Group HR team

  3. Interview: An online interview with our Group HR team going more in-depth into your background

  4. Assessment day: At our HQ, you will participate in an interview with relevant stakeholders, a business case and a group task. Prior to the assessment day, you will be invited to complete a behavioral and cognitive assessment

  5. Job offer: Congratulations!

Frequently asked questions

Yes, this is a paid position. You’ll receive a monthly salary including pension, adjusted to the local cost of living in the country where you’re on rotation. During the programme, you’ll also have travel insurance and medical coverage.

KOMPAN will support you in finding suitable accommodation throughout the programme.

No, the programme is not an accredited education. Your learning will primarily be hands-on, focused on real-world experience.

Career tracks are aligned with KOMPAN’s future needs and long-term strategy and may vary each year. Examples include Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial.

Yes, you can. However, all applications are reviewed together, so it’s best to apply for the track you’re most interested in. If we believe you’re a better fit for another track, we’ll consider you for that during the process.

No, we don’t accept unsolicited applications. Please apply for a specific job. If you’re unsure which track to choose, apply for the one that interests you most – we’ll review your profile for other tracks if relevant.

Our corporate language is English, so fluency in English is essential. Speaking another language, especially Danish, French or German, is a plus.

Instead of a cover letter, we ask for a short 30 second video. This helps us get to know you and see if you’re a good fit for KOMPAN’s culture and values. The video is only used for recruitment and will be deleted within six months if you’re not selected, in line with EU GDPR.
