KOMPAN has acquired a majority stake in the Danish design company out-sider A/S, building on a successful partnership spanning more than 15 years.
Over the years, out-sider’s distinctive urban furniture has complemented KOMPAN’s playground and outdoor fitness solutions. With this investment, KOMPAN strengthens its ability to deliver complete, design-led solutions for public spaces, schools, and playgrounds worldwide.
For customers, this means easier access to a broader and more integrated portfolio - combining play, activity, and urban furniture to create more inviting places for people to meet, play, and stay active.
