Room for everybody to be active and social
The outdoor fitness park is divided into four zones. Each zone offers a different fitness experience and that way targets a different user group - young or old. There is a street workout space for top athletes doing calisthenics. There is a zone for cross training and one for bootcamp, where also beginners, seniors, and even handicapped people can work out. The fourth zone is free space made for outdoor yoga or dancing classes.
Overall the park takes up space similar to the size of a football pitch, but the capacity is much higher. More than 150 people can work out at the same time.
