Encouraging children to embrace adventure
When Rippowam Cisqua School needed to update their playground, they wanted to create an environment where children would find courage, feel supported by their classmates, and be inspired to reach new heights. Pre-kindergarteners to ninth graders attend the Bedford, New York school, making the goal of creating a challenging playground for everyone all that more challenging. Through collaboration and customization, this nature playground allows every student to find adventure at their pace.

New heights on wooden playground equipment
The nature playground equipment challenges children of different age groups at their skill levels. For example, the spinner plate speaks to smaller children, who will, while having fun, improve their motor skills and spatial awareness through each rotation. For the older crowd, the Jungle Dome and Large Rope Play Tower will encourage these Bravehearts to test their limits as they climb higher and higher. The commercial wooden swing set holds multiple children at a time, giving them time to socialize and bond as they improve patience and cooperation through turn-taking.
