Active Life

The world has changed - Physical activity levels have dropped and health care costs have gone up!

The increasingly sedentary nature of everyday life is creating alarmingly low levels of physical activity among many communities. Globally over 25% of all adults, and over 80% of adolescents, fail to meet even the minimum levels of recommended physical activity. The cost of inactivity-related diseases, dependency, and lost productivity is impacting us all on an individual and societal level. We should no longer ask ourselves IF we need to act, but rather HOW.
