Kwaliteit die blijft bestaan
De staanders zijn gemaakt van hoogwaardig gegalvaniseerd staal met optioneel een gepoedercoate toplaag. Het verzinken heeft een uitstekende corrosiebestendigheid in de buitenlucht en vereist weinig onderhoud.
De bovenste ronde handgreep is gemaakt van gegalvaniseerd staal en bedekt met zacht PUR-rubber voorzien van groeven die zorgen voor een goede houvast tijdens het schommelen.
Zwaar uitgevoerd lagersysteem met twee enkele rij diepgroefkogellagers van hoge kwaliteit met rubberen afdichtingen. De volledig gesloten lagerconstructie is levenslang gesmeerd en bevindt zich boven de grond.
Alle vloeren zijn gemaakt van High Pressure Laminate HPL van 17,8 mm en hebben een niet-gladde oppervlaktestructuur volgens de EN 438-6. KOMPAN HPL heeft een hoge slijtvastheid voor gegarandeerd een lange levensduur in alle klimaten.
Panelen van 19mm EcoCore™. EcoCore™ is een zeer duurzaam, milieuvriendelijk materiaal, dat niet alleen recyclebaar is na gebruik, maar ook bestaat uit een kern die is gemaakt van 100% gerecycled materiaal.
