Calidad duradera
Las superficies de acero de GALAXY están galvanizadas en caliente por dentro y por fuera con zinc sin plomo. La galvanización tiene una excelente resistencia a la corrosión en ambientes exteriores y requiere poco mantenimiento.
El tubo oscilante está hecho de PE de densidad media con excelente resistencia al impacto y se puede usar dentro de un amplio intervalo de temperatura. Las ranuras longitudinales proporcionan una superficie antideslizante para un juego seguro.
El balanceo está soportado por un tubo de acero galvanizado en caliente de Ø76x4mm. La fijación se realiza mediante 5 abrazaderas de nailon reforzadas por impacto (PA6) diseñadas de forma exclusiva que permiten que el tubo oscilante gire 25 grados hacia arriba y hacia abajo.
La exclusiva placa de cubierta súper triangular GALAXY tiene un núcleo interno de acero galvanizado y una capa externa suave de caucho PUR. Los bordes redondeados tienen un patrón antideslizante para un juego seguro.
El extractor colgante está diseñado con un núcleo de acero soldado y cubierto con una carcasa de PE de baja densidad. Las dos manijas recubiertas de goma están en ángulo para proporcionar la mejor ergonomía posible mientras se desliza. Las ruedas del extractor están hechas de TPU de bajo ruido y se instalan con rodamientos de bolas sellados.
