Onboarding
Kick off in September with an inspiring onboarding experience: Get to know how we design, produce and sell. Each area includes a project so you'll get hands on project management training whilst getting a behind-the-scenes look at the KOMPAN "machine room".
Now you are ready for the next step.

Rotation tracks and mid-point assessments
You’ll move through three rotations, each 7 months long, carefully tailored to your career track, ambitions, and development plan – while ensuring you gain 360° exposure to our core business.
During each rotation, you’ll complete a strategy-related business cases - applying what you’ve learnt to real challenges.
Your programme includes international rotations in HQ, Supply Chain, and a Sales Unit.

End point assessment
In your final months, you’ll take on an end-point assessment – a business case tied to KOMPAN’s strategy – testing how far you’ve come and giving back value to the company.
And of course, we’ll finish with a celebration of your two-year journey.

What makes you stand out?
At KOMPAN, we believe your potential and mindset matter most. Our Graduate Programme is designed for those who are eager to grow, learn and make an impact. That’s why our hard-skill requirements are minimal – what really counts are your soft skills and ambition. But don’t worry – your hard skills will also be put to the test and what you don’t know, we will teach you. Throughout the programme, you’ll develop personally and professionally through learning by doing, gaining hands-on experience setting you up for a global career.
You’re a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate (we imagine that you are graduating in the summer you start or within the last two years)
You’re fluent in English. Proficiency in Danish, French or German is a bonus
You’re ready to relocate during and after the programme. Previous international experience is a plus!

Recruitment process
Apply: Submit your CV and record a 30 second video explaining your motivation
Screening: A short online talk with someone from our Group HR team
Interview: An online interview with our Group HR team going more in-depth into your background
Assessment day: At our HQ, you will participate in an interview with relevant stakeholders, a business case and a group task. Prior to the assessment day, you will be invited to complete a behavioral and cognitive assessment

Frequently asked questions
Yes, this is a paid position. You’ll receive a monthly salary including pension, adjusted to the local cost of living in the country where you’re on rotation. During the programme, you’ll also have travel insurance and medical coverage.
KOMPAN will support you in finding suitable accommodation throughout the programme.
No, the programme is not an accredited education. Your learning will primarily be hands-on, focused on real-world experience.
Career tracks are aligned with KOMPAN’s future needs and long-term strategy and may vary each year. Examples include Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial.
Yes, you can. However, all applications are reviewed together, so it’s best to apply for the track you’re most interested in. If we believe you’re a better fit for another track, we’ll consider you for that during the process.
No, we don’t accept unsolicited applications. Please apply for a specific job. If you’re unsure which track to choose, apply for the one that interests you most – we’ll review your profile for other tracks if relevant.
Our corporate language is English, so fluency in English is essential. Speaking another language, especially Danish, French or German, is a plus.
Instead of a cover letter, we ask for a short 30 second video. This helps us get to know you and see if you’re a good fit for KOMPAN’s culture and values. The video is only used for recruitment and will be deleted within six months if you’re not selected, in line with EU GDPR.
