New fitness bike wins coveted Good Design Award

KOMPAN’s new fitness bike has received the prestigious Good Design Award in the product category Sport & Lifestyle. The Good Design Awards is one of the oldest and most prestigious international design awards in the world and have been promoting excellence in design and innovation since 1958.

The new fitness bike received praise from the jury, commenting:

“Well thought out product that meets a market need and delivers positive social outcomes. Beautiful, considered design that is very innovative for this segment. The self-powered component is super clever and adds to the appeal of the product from a maintenance and installation perspective. All the components work really well together to deliver a really well designed and engineered product that will make a difference to the health and wellbeing of many people. Well done."

Innovative outdoor fitness bike

The new fitness bike is designed to both encourage an active lifestyle for people new to training and to challenge the most demanding fitness enthusiasts.

Users can adjust saddle height and cycling resistance to match their personal posture and fitness level. And for the first time ever, on an outdoor fitness bike, it is possible to track workout power, cadence, and calories, allowing users to improve their performance and reach their personal goals.
