The sign consists of a 1.5mm aluminium plate with serigraphy print, sealed by a subsequent anodizing process, screwed on to a machined plate of 19mm EcoCore™.
All Steel components are made from carbon steel, with a hot-dip galvanised surface according to ISO1461, and a powder coating corrosion class C3 according to ISO12944-2. Lead content for surfaces is below 90ppm, and below 100ppm for base material.
Handlebar/Support tube is made of a hot-dip galvanised steel tube ø38mm with a wall thickness of 4mm.
