Quality that lasts
To ensure the structural integrity of the main frame is maintained the support post is made from a hot-dip galvanised steel tube of ø159mm, with a wall thickness of 4mm and has a post cap made of powder-coated aluminium.
The frame and moving steel parts are constructed of hot-dip galvanised steel tube ø60.3mm x 3.2mm, ø38mm x 4mm and squared tube 60 x 30 x 3mm. All moving connections have a stainless steel AISI 304 shaft and two ball bearings.
The sign consists of a 1.5mm aluminium plate with serigraphy print, sealed by a subsequent anodising process, screwed on to a machined plate of 19mm EcoCore™.
Handlebar and pendulum arm is made of a hot-dip galvanised steel tube ø48mm with a wall thickness of 3,2mm, which creates a strong connection which is necessary to withstand the forces that are generated during this movement.
Panels of 19mm EcoCore™. EcoCore™ is a highly durable, eco-friendly material, which is not only recyclable after use but also consists of a core produced from 100% recycled material.
End caps are made of injection moulded PA6 (polyamide - Nylon) which is a high wearing material.
