Flex Wheel & Body Flexer

The Flex Wheel is simple to use and requires little experience beforehand. Just place your hands on the wheel, start spinning it and you will immediately begin improving your oblique strength and develop better shoulder mobility. Meanwhile, the Body Flexer requires you only to step up and take hold of the bar. You train the flexibility of all your core muscles as you rotate the wheel left and right.
