Our Values - The KOMPAN Culture
KOMPAN A/S is built around very strong attitudes and values: the belief in the playing human being, the importance of play value and childrens play rights. Humo Ludens means the playing human being and reflects our philosophy that play is an important part of life and that every single human being is unique and valuable. We believe that people are inherently creative, with a natural need for play. All it takes to activate this need is to encourage the instinct for play.
