Inclusive Design In 2001 the Magna Science Adventure Centre got the Independent Living Design Award.

The Magna Science Adventure Centre is an award winning venture erected in a former steel factory situated in Sheffield.
The playground is part of the experience, being themed into the elements fire, water, earth and wind. The playground invites all ages and abilities and is awarded the Independent Living Award by PHAB for its accessibility and inclusive approach. In 2004 the playground was expanded with a science and art theme playground.
